 This data is provided "as is" with NO warranty, for the sole purpose of
 research use only. Please note these genome 'bp' coordinates situations:

 - Where SNPs are not present, the coordinates corresponding to a QTL on the
 linkage map were estimated from the 'cM' positions by linear interpolation
 using the closest anchor marker (markers mapped to both linkage and genome
 maps) location as reference.  The accuracy of the estimates vary depending
 on the number of anchor markers available on that chromosome, and the
 distance of closest anchor marker used.  The estimates are also compensated
 with a bp/cM factor calculated based on the actual linkage/genome map lengths
 of that particular chromosome. When a QTL span is missing while only the peak
 location is available, the span is calculated as +/- 0.1 cM, and the actual
 peak location is listed as "peak_cM" in column 9 (GFF file).

 - Where there is only one SNP at the peak location present (e.g. in case of
 association data), please NOTE that the bp "span" were artificially set for
 the sole purpose of making it visible on a map display. 

 We strongly encourage users exercise verifications of map data when used as
 basis for further research.
