To date, the current total number of QTL in the database: 310,879 [Breakdown by species -- Cattle: 207,081 (on 560 traits); Chicken: 29,328 (on 243 traits); Goat: 2,793 (on 90 traits); Horse: 2,545 (on 71 traits); Pig: 58,344 (on 409 traits); Sheep: 8,587 (on 185 traits); Rainbow trout: 2,201 (on 35 traits)] curated from 3,015 publications.
