    Animals:Animals were Brazilian Holstein cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using either the Illumina Bovine LD BeadChip or the GeneSeek Genomic Profiler Bovine 50k, with all data imputed to 60,671 SNPs, and analyzed for milk composition traits. A total of 56,256 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:The weighted single-step genomic BLUP method was used to perform association analysis.
