Dear Colleagues,

The @BRIDGe Core Facilities of GABI (INRAE) and the University of Florence
are pleased to invite you to join us in Florence for the 3rd International
Symposium on Microgenomics 2023. Scientists, internationally recognized for
their expertise in their fields, will share their latest advances with you.
We look forward to seeing you in Florence!

A Technical Workshop will be held on June 28 and the Symposium on June 29-30
in Florence, Italy. This symposium is focused on New methodologies and
strategies for rare and small sample analysis from all fields from
agriculture (plants and animals) to medicine. We have an exciting panel of
international experts as speakers and our sponsors will be present with their
latest cutting edge technology to share with you!

We have announced NEW DEADLINES for the symposium:

  *   Submission<https://microgenomics.symposium.inrae.fr/...mission>;
deadline is extended to April 18th (acceptance/refusal notifications will be
sent out by April 25th)
  *   Early-bird registration
https://microgenomics.symposium.inrae.fr/forms/registration
deadline is extended to April 28th
  * Applicants for the Young Scientist Grant (https://tinyurl.com/2kpyepgt)
have until April 18th . Their applications must be sent to
microgenomicsinrae.fr

You may take a look at the Symposium program here
https://microgenomics.symposium.inrae.fr/...ic-program. Four
sessions will be held on “New Methodological Approaches and Instruments in
Microgenomics Analysis”, “Solid Tissues and Spatial Omics”, “Circulating
Biomarkers & Extracellular Vesicles & Single-Cells” and “New Approaches and
Instruments for Microgenomics Analysis”. Keynote speakers Mikael Kubista
(Czech Academy of Science, Republic Czech), Pascal Barbry (CNRS, France),
Pieter Mestdagh (Ghent University, Belgium) and Magda Bienko (Karolinska
Institute of Science, Sweden) will be opening the sessions.

The Technical Workshop will give participants a chance to learn more about
Methods and strategies for molecular biomarker analysis, Spatial
Transcriptomics & Single Cell analysis, Extracellular vesicles and Digital
PCR & Microgenomics. Our GOLD sponsors QIAGEN and Bio-Rad and our SILVER
Sponsors Parse Biosciences, ThermoFisher Scientific and VIZGEN will also be
participating to give you an overview of their latest technologies. The
complete workshop program can be consulted here

And of course the Microgenomics 2023 Symposium also provides a chance to get
to know colleagues working in the field and expand your scientific network in
a pleasant atmosphere!

This year we will be in the beautiful city of Florence! We have organized a
gala dinner
