Dear Professors/ colleagues/ friends
Warm greeting
Currently, one of my postgraduate students is working on a project entitled
as "Evaluation of genetic diversity of Holstein cattle using SNP chip data".
To achieve this goal, we need to compare a large amount of data from
different geographical parts of the world. We have already started to
communicate with different colleagues, friends, and professors around the
world and fortunately, we have received positive feedbacks.
Here, I would like to ask if you could help to connect us with the right
persons who have a genetic research on Holstein cattle. We need only 20-25
genotype files of Holstein "without pedigree and phenotype". We would also
be grateful if you could direct us to open access repository web site.
We are ready to provide the expectation of the donor organization for the
invaluable data by sharing any significant results of our study.
