Subject: R.SamBada - an R‐package providing a pipeline for
       landscape genomic analysis
Date: Tue, 04 Jun 2019 08:58:23 -0500

Dear AnGenMap members,

Samβada is a genome‐environment association (GEA) software (Stucki 2017),
designed to detect signatures of adaptation to the local environment.
However, pre‐ and post‐processing of data used to be labour‐intensive,
preventing wider uptake of the method.

We have now developed R.SamBada, an R‐package providing a pipeline for
landscape genomic analysis, spanning from the retrieval of environmental
variablesat sampling locations to gene annotation using the Ensembl
genome browser.

The following link gives access to the article in press - with case
studies on Moroccan sheep breeds and the Spanish Lidia cattle breed -
and to the software solution.
