        Sequencing

Dear all,

We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming online course: An Introduction
to Nanopore Direct RNA Sequencing (RNA004)

Dates: October 27–30
Course website: https://www.physalia-courses.org/...course59c/

This course will introduce you to the exciting possibilities of Nanopore direct
RNA sequencing, which allows full-length, native RNA molecules to be sequenced
without retrotranscription or amplification. This method enables accurate
detection of RNA isoforms, polyA tail length measurement, and RNA modification
analysis—but also comes with unique analytical challenges.

Throughout this 4-day training, we will cover:

* Nanopore technology and the latest RNA004 chemistry

* Basecalling, mapping, and transcript quantification

* PolyA tail length measurement and RNA modification detection

* Hands-on analyses on your own data or course datasets

The final day will focus on practical project work, where participants will
apply the tools and techniques learned throughout the course.

Best regards,

Carlo

Best regards,
