 Histone modification enrichment in non-stimulated and stimulated porcine
 alveolar macrophages with LPS and Poly(I:C) at 2h and 6h. 

 This datasheet contains the genomic location of the enrichment (peaks) of 
 four histone marks (H3K4me3, H3K4me1, H3K27ac, H3K27me3) in non-stimulated 
 and stimulated porcine alveolar macrophages with LPS and Poly(I:C) at 2h
 and 6h. Identified peaks were annotated to the nearest gene.

 Chromatin states of non-stimulated and stimulated porcine alveolar macrophages
 with LPS and Poly(I:C) at 2h and 6h.

 This datasheet contains the genomic location of the identified chromatin
 states in non-stimulated and stimulated porcine alveolar macrophages with LPS
 and Poly(I:C) at 2h and 6h. Chromatin states were defined by the combination
 of four histone modifications (H3K4me3, H3K4me1, H3K27ac and H3K27me3).
 Chromatin states were annotated to the nearest gene.
