File Descriptions

"Genotyping with HD SNP chip":

 - Column 1 lists all the SNPs of the Illumina iSelect 60K SNP array
 - Column 2 lists the address of each SNP on the chip
 - Column 3 lists the number of chromosome
 - Column 4 lists the position on every chromosome
 - Column 5 lists the gentrain score
 - Column 6 to the last column list all the individuals used

The genotype of each locus was listed by two nomenclatures, of which the
 "Top Alleles" means the detailed genotype, while the
 "GType" used AA/BB and AB to represent homozygote and heterozygote. 

In the name of each individual, "h" means live chicken and "s" means dead
in the late stage of embryonic development.

For examples,
 "h77.Top Alleles" means that genotypes of the live chicken were presented by
                   the detailed genotype
 "h77.GType"       means present those genotypes were presented by
                   homozygote/heterozygote
 "S61.Top Alleles" means genotypes of the dead chicken embryo were presented by
                   the detailed genotype
 "S61.GType"       means those genotypes were presented by
                   homozygote/heterozygote
