Dear All,
The sheep genome assembly, Oar v3.1, is now available from the livestock
genomics website (http://www.livestockgenomics.csiro.au/sheep/oar3.1.php),
downloads of the unmasked and masked Oar v3.1 genome assembly are available,
as are a BLAST server, a preliminary genome browser and a download file of
the Ovine SNP50 chip SNPs mapped to the new assembly.
Further data will become available from the website and the genome browser
over the next few months.
