Jill and Chunsheng are correct. Cri-map runs interactively such that user
would have to provide correct parameter for it to run (sorry, it must have
been too long since last time I ran crimap ;-)

This "crimap-users" mailing list is for CRI-MAP improvement works led by
Jill Maddox. It's designed to take user inputs, testing parameters, among
other feedbacks. I realize there is perhaps not a general CRI-MAP user
support forum, I added a few reference links for beginning users at the
lower portion of this page: http://www.animalgenome.org/tools/share/crimap/
