Greetings,
On behalf of the organising committee, I am delighted to invite you to
attend the 24th conference of the Association for the Advancement of Animal
Breeding and Genetics, to be held in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia
from August 25 to 27 of August, 2021, at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

The 24th AAABG Conference will also include a producer day by partnering
with the ‘Growing SA’ Conference, organised by Livestock SA & Grains
SA. The ‘Growing SA’ conference is being held on the 23rd and 24th of
August, 2021 in Hahndorf, SA, immediately prior to the 24th AAABG meeting.
The theme of the 24th AAABG Conference is ‘Widening the range of
technologies used in animal breeding and genetics’ with an emphasis on
the many new tools that are now available to improve animal breeding
programs. These tools range from novel methods for developing additional
phenotypes to innovative molecular approaches to increase the accuracy of
genetic selection.
