Dear Dr. Agaba,

I think Genscript is very reliable. I used their gene synthesis services
since several years. They synthesized for me 2 whole viral genomes (each
15 kb long) by fragments of sevral kb that I reassembled to construct
viral reverse genetics systems and it was a complete success. The systems
worked nicely there was not a single mutation in the sequences. I also
used smaller synthetic fragments from them without any problem. So you
can be confident. Another interesting point is that their tarrifs are
competitive.

Kind regards,

François

Dear Colleagues,

I hope that you are all coping with the scourge of the restrictions
engendered by SARS-CoV2.

Could someone here point me to a reliable/affordable Gene synthesis
provider.  All the searches I have done come up mostly with Genescript
any one with experience with them?

I need to make one gene for now. Less than 1KBps.

Looking forward.

Agaba
