Subject: Colleagues mentioned by The Economist

If you have a print/digital subscription of the British weekly "The
Economist", you will be able to read an article about "genomic prediction"
applied to humans. The article mentions Stephen Hsu (Michigan State
University) and Peter Visscher (Queensland). It mentions cows, but not
pigs, maize, rubber trees and coffee (or tea).

Some people have already formed genomic prediction companies ("Genomic
Prediction", "Myome", "El dia que me quieras", etc.). It is not
mentioned in the article, but it is now possible to predict the
propensity to cry, the strength of a handshake, the number of tweets
issued per day and many other traits, save for the final fate of Brexit.

Regards.
