Subject: Pseudoautosomal boundary (PAB) in Pig reference
       genome
Date: Wed, 06 Nov 2019 10:56:34 -0600

Dear all,

In cattle, the pseudoautosomal boundary (PAB) of the X chromosome has
been mapped to position ChrX: 133,300,518 (Johnson et al., 2019). This
information is important in treating the X chromosome appropriately in
genetic analysis that involve imputation and GWAS.

Does anyone know the position of PAB on the Pig reference genome or an
article that I can be referred to?

Best regards,

Amabel
