To pig genome researchers:
If you are a graduate student, you are encouraged to apply for the Neil
Jorgensen Travel award. Please send Chris Tuggle and Cathy Ernst your
application as soon as possible (see:
https://www.intlpag.org/...attend/travel-grants). Graduate advisors in
pig genomics are encouraged to make their students aware of this opportunity.
Applications will be accepted until October 27, 2019 as stated on the PAG28
website. Winners will be announced as soon as possible after that date, to
allow for lowest cost (Early) registration. Winners will be required to
present their work in a 5 minute presentation in the Swine Workshop January
11, and the NRSP-8 Workshop on Sunday January 12.
