Subject: power outage and services restore

We had a complete power outage across this part of the state an hour ago.
Now the power is back; all our servers are rebooted, and services are back
as of 30 minutes ago.

As automated services startup at boot time may need manual intervene, please
let us know if you see any problems on any of our web sites/databases.
