Hi Everyone,
As many of you are already aware, the AgBase database is moving to a
subscription-based funding model to support fundamental processes (such as
regular updates and maintenance). We are partnering with Phoenix
Bioinformatics, a non-profit organization, to implement this subscription
service.
An Institutional subscription is the most common means to continue access
to AgBase. Institutional subscriptions are facilitated and managed by your
library, just as they would a scientific journal or software license.
For pricing information and assistance with requesting institutional
access, please contact subscriptionsphoenixbioinformatics.org.
Subscription benefits will include:
• Unlimited access to all AgBase content, data sets, and tools
• Up-to-date functional information hand-curated from the literature
• Customized support to do functional predictions for newly annotated gene
products
