  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
Animals:Animals were from an Iberian x Landrace and an Iberian x Meishan cross.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped for 8 microsatellite markers and 2 SNPs (IB x MS) or 15 microsatellites, 1 SNP, and an insertion (IB x LR). They were analyzed at 3 time points for body weight and backfat thickness.
Analysis:Single and pleoitropic QTL analyses were carried out. In addition, a joint QTL analysis was run on both populations.
    Software:CRIMAP, QXPAK
