  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
Animals:Pigs were from three experimental populations: White Duroc x Erhualian F2, Chinese Sutai half-sib, and commercial Duroc x Landrace x Yorkshire hybrid.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 BeadChip and analyzed for meat quality traits. A final set of 44560 SNPSs were used for analysis. Association analysis was also performed for a SNP in PHKG1.
Analysis:A general linear mixed model was used.
    Software:PLINK, R software, GenABEL
