     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using a custom Affymetrix Axiom 1.4M SNP BeadChip, and GWAS were performed for traits related to muscle glycolytic potential. A total of 732,609 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Association analyses were performed using the Genome-wide Efficient Mixed-Model Association (GEMMA) method.
