    Animals:Animals were Thoroughbred stallions.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina Equine SNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for impaired acrosome reaction. A total of 41521 SNPs were used for analysis. SNPs in candidate genes were selected for further genotyping.
    Analysis:Chi-square and Fisher's exact tests were used.
