     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineHD BeadChip and analyzed for bovine tuberculosis susceptibility. A total of 597,144 autosomal SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:A single-SNP regression approach and a Bayesian approach were used.
