    Animals:Animals were from a cross between German Holstein and Charolais cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for behavior traits. A total of 37,201 SNPs were used for analysis. SNPs associated with behavior were also tested for association with milk yield.
    Analysis:A QK mixed model was used.
