    Animals:Animals were Holstein-Friesian, Meuse-Rhine-Yssel, Dutch Friesian, and Groningen White Headed cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina HD BeadChip and analyzed for milk fatty acid content. A total of 350,207 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:A BayesC analysis was performed.
