    Animals:Animals were Chinese Holstein cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for milk fatty acid content. A total of 40,604 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS analyses were performed with the quantitative trait procedure (additive model) and empirical p-values estimated based on the Wald statistic.
