    Animals:Animals were Holstein cattle in North America.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using either a high-density (HD) or medium-density (MD) SNP panel. MD genotypes were imputed to HD, and GWAS were performed for body conformation traits. A total of 284,289-287,048 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Mixed linear models were used.
