     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for body conformation traits. A total of 52166 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS was carried out in two steps. First, single-trait mixed model analysis was performed; then, the first 500 markers with the lowest p-values were used for multiple-SNP analysis.
