    Animals:Animals were Belgian Blue cows.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineSNP50 BeadChip v1 to v3 and EuroG MD v9, and the SNPs in common among the 4 chips were kept. GWAS were performed for cheese-making properties in the first and second parities using a total of 28,266 SNPs.
