    Animals:Animals were produced by crosses between Angus, Charolais, or University of Alberta hybrid bulls and a hybrid dam line (obtained by crossing among three composite lines).
     Breeds associated:

    Design:Animals were genotyped for 4592 SNPs and analyzed for carcass traits. A total of 1207 markers were used in the analysis.
    Analysis:Bayesian shrinkage analysis was performed through the Markov chain Monte Carlo method.
