  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
    Animals:Animals were Chinese Holstein cattle.
     Breeds associated:
Design:A daughter design was used. Animals were genotyped for 54,001 SNPs using the BovineSNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for milk production and composition traits. 39,163 SNPs were used in the analysis.
Analysis:TDT-based single locus regression analysis and mixed model based single locus regression analysis were utilized.
    Software:Fortran 95
