    Animals:Animals were Holstein cattle.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped with the BovineSNP50 BeadChip and analyzed for susceptibility to Mycobacterium avium ssp. paratuberculosis. 35,772 SNPs were used in the analysis.
    Analysis:Data from two resource populations were analyzed separately and together. The most significant markers from these analyses were used in a stepwise regression analysis.
