    Animals:Animals were commercial steers identified as Angus, Red Angus, Hereford, Charolais, or crossbreeds.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina BovineHD BeadChip and analyzed for subclinical signs of bovine respiratory disease. A total of 688,928 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS were performed using an efficient mixed-model association expedited with a genomic relationship matrix (EMMAX-GRM) additive genetic model.
