    Design:Animals were genotyped using either the Illumina BovineSNP50 v1 BeadChip or the GeneSeek Genomic Profiler Bovine HD. Genotypes were imputed from one data set to the other; a total of 85,485 SNPs were used for GWAS. Three target regions were fine-mapped using imputed sequence variants.
    Analysis:Single-locus regression was performed using a linear mixed model.
