giv(f,n)
and
g(f,n)
associates
the n th .giv G-inverse with the factor.
This is used when
there is a known (except for scale) G-structure other than the
additive inverse genetic relationship matrix.
The G-inverse
is supplied in a file whose name has the file extension .giv.
