ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - FISHERIES BIOLOGIST
The Department of Zoology at North Carolina State
University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the ASSISTANT
PROFESSOR level. Applicants should have an outstanding record of research
achievement in fisheries science. The successful applicant is expected to
establish an energetic, extramurally funded research program utilizing
state-of-the-art or emerging methods in innovative research on fisheries
issues. We seek candidates who will complement existing faculty expertise
in aquatic science including ecology, quantitative fisheries, aquaculture,
behavior, physiology, and genomics. The position will include teaching an
advanced undergraduate course and graduate course in his or her specialty.
