(Dec 30, 2009): The QTLdb CGI codes are restructured and modified to accommodate housing of multiple species. The restructure has helped for an easy code/process management. Cattle QTL: 2,359; Chicken QTL: 1,863; Pig QTL: 5,621; Sheep QTL: 84 (New QTL added to the database: 1,281 -- Cattle: 15; Chicken: 573; Pig: 693).
New functions added: QTLdb data are ported to and synchronized with NCBI Entrez Gene Database.
