NOTE:

1. One "reference map" per species was chosen based on the availability, marker density, and popularities in terms how they are used in QTL studies at the time (roughly from mid-1990s to 2010s).
2. QTL data reported on "non-reference map" were interpolated (lifted through curation) to the reference map.
3. The final accepted QTL information are on reference maps only.

On archive: All linkage map based QTL data are placed on archive in Github.
