SheepModels Discussion Group

The scope of this discussion list is for topics relating to the use of sheep as biological research models. This covers topics such as biological sheep models and available/desired resources/tools for investigating sheep models (including reference sheep genome sequence; sheep gene models; sheep genome sequence browsers; sheep genome annotation; sheep SNP, gene and other arrays; PCR primers for sheep products; antibodies to sheep molecules; experimental flocks; and researchers with expertise etc).

Only subscribed users (with their email addresses) can post to the list and receive list mails. You can manage your subscription with email commands to the list daemon. For example, to subscribe to the SheepModels listserv, send mail as in:

      To: sheepmodels-request@animalgenome.org
      Subject: subscribe

Upon successfull subscription, the listserv will send you further information about the list, instructions to use the system for tasks such as how to post, to manage your subcriptions, to retrieve the previous posts, etc.
