  • Thanks to Bertrand Servin and coauthors of "High-resolution autosomal radiation hybrid maps of the pig genome and their contribution to the genome sequence assembly" (BMC Genomics 2012, 13:585) that provided 14,907 RH markers to serve as anchors between pig linkage/genome maps. This helps to improve the map resolution when transfer QTL to the latest pig genome build 10.2.
