Subject: [Otterlace-users] New Linux otterlace release, plus update to
  Mac otterlace

I have made two new distributions.  The first is for 32 bit Linux:

   ftp://ftp.sanger.ac.uk/pub2/jgrg/otterlace_linux_i686_52-05.tar.gz

The second is an update of the recent Mac release:

   ftp://ftp.sanger.ac.uk/pub2/jgrg/otterlace_mac_intel_52-09.dmg

which fixes two problems with the previous release:

   1.)  The coloured connecting lines were not drawn correctly when  
bumping homology columnds

   2.)  blixem failed to run on Snow Leopard.
